For the past five years, Melissa’s focus has been on developing and conducting training and tabletop exercises for teams of all maturity levels both domestically and internationally. Melissa uses her strong attention to detail and deep understanding of team dynamics to create exercises that push crisis management, incident management, and business continuity teams to learn and improve. Knowing how far to push a team is an art that Melissa has mastered. Melissa has worked with more than twenty different teams within General Electric in virtually every corner of the globe and across all business lines.
In addition to her exercise development expertise, Melissa has also worked with clients in various sectors to create crisis management and business continuity plans and supporting tools. Some of the industries included in her plan development experience are retail, energy, oil and gas and manufacturing.
