For over 10 years Brent provided client relations and operational leadership for Crisis Management International. Brent now directs the Client Relations function for Strategic Crisis Advisors. He is heavily involved in quality assurance, client relations, sales and operations for the firm. Along with these responsibilities, Brent assists in many of the firm’s projects in exercise delivery, program development and reporting. Brent’s background includes Sales Management at a Fortune 100 consumer products company, dot com and Professional Services. Brent manages Client Relations through first contact to project completion assuring client satisfaction and product quality.
